I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, choose Forgot password?, enter your account email, and open the link we send you. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive. The link opens in your browser. Set a new password there, then return to the app and sign in with your email and password.
I can't find the Google sign-in button in the app
The iPhone app signs in with email and password only. Google sign-in is available on the website. If you created your account with Google, use Forgot password? to set a password for the same email address.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Open your Profile and choose Manage subscription. Cancelling stops future billing, and your Pro access continues through the period you already paid for. See our Refund Policy for details.
How do I subscribe to DeckFoundry Pro?
DeckFoundry Pro is an optional subscription. From your Profile, choose a plan and you will be taken to a secure Stripe checkout page in your browser. The free estimator does not require a subscription.
How do I delete my account?
Open your Profile, scroll to the bottom, and choose Delete account. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm. Deleting your account permanently removes your saved projects and data, cancels any active subscription immediately (with no refund for the remaining period), and removes your login. This cannot be undone. See our Privacy Policy for details.
No longer have the app, or can't sign in? Email deckfoundry2026@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my DeckFoundry account." Once we confirm the request is from you, we will delete your account and saved projects and data, and cancel any active subscription (with no refund for the remaining period), within 30 days. Payment records are retained by Stripe as required by law.
Why did my document open in Safari?
In the iPhone app, proposals, contracts, and other documents open in Safari so you can print them or save a PDF. Tap Open document, then use the Print or Save button on the page. The link works for about an hour; tap the document button again for a new one. Creating documents in the app needs an internet connection.
How accurate are the estimates and structural checks?
DeckFoundry is a planning and estimating aid based on published IRC prescriptive tables. It is not an engineered design, and you should verify structural results, quantities, and pricing against your local code before purchasing or building. See the Methodology page for how the numbers are calculated.
